Thermal Break

A "thermal break" is defined as insulation within a window. The thermal break is a continuous barrier that prevents conductive thermal energy loss between the inside and outside window frames. The barrier securely connects the window sash's interior and exterior metal frames. This thermal break reduces thermal energy loss and, when combined with gas-filled triple-pane glazing, maintains a more comfortable temperature inside your window.
